    Jamie is a pioneer in the buying agency space in Scotland, having founded Prime Edinburgh Property in 2022 and now as Director at Fyndd. With over 16 years’ experience and more than £500m in transactions, he is one of the country’s most trusted and knowledgeable advisors.

    Starting his career in 2008, Jamie has worked across both corporate and independent agencies in Edinburgh and London and later led residential teams at Galbraith and Savills. His expertise spans prime markets across much of Scotland, with a particular focus on Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife.

    Known for his vast network and breadth of local market knowledge, Jamie specialises in discreet, off-market acquisitions and sales. His clients benefit not only from access to homes that rarely reach the open market, but also from his calm, strategic approach to negotiations and his deep understanding of what makes each area and property truly valuable.

    Based in Stockbridge, Jamie is passionate about delivering a highly personal, relationship-driven service. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and exploring Edinburgh’s best places to eat and unwind.

    Matthew brings over 18 years of business leadership to his role at Fyndd, offering clients a thoughtful, results-driven approach to buying and selling. With experience handling off-market residential and commercial deals across East Lothian and Edinburgh, he has a strong understanding of what matters most to both buyers and sellers.

    His background in business management, sales, and marketing is matched by a natural ability to build trusted relationships. With a degree in Design and first-hand experience delivering multiple residential and commercial renovation projects, Matthew is especially well placed to identify and advise on properties with potential - whether in need of reconfiguration, refurbishment or a complete overhaul.

    Based in North Berwick, he focuses on off-market sales and both purchase and rental acquisitions in East Lothian and Edinburgh. Clients value his calm, professional approach and ability to identify quality opportunities before they reach the open market. Passionate about delivering outstanding results, Matthew is committed to long-term relationships built on trust, transparency, and local insight.
